BROOMSTICK TWIST

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Preparation:

-Stand with a broomstick or light barbell on back.

Execution:

-Rotate torso through waist to one side then to the opposite side.

-Repeat until reps are complete. 

COMMENTS:

-Be sure to get a full twist to work the entire range of muscles.

-This is a good warm-up exercise.
